Kotoko Chief Executive Opoku Nti has threatened to quit due to the lack of support from the club’s board, reports in the local media have claimed.
Nti is becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of financial support from the board and has served notice of his willingness to leave the job.
The Ghana legend is aiming to lead the Porcupine Warriors to retain their Premier League crown as well as make a meaningful impact in next year’Scaf Champions League.
But he is fuming he is not getting the support he feels he should get and has threatened to walk out.
Kotoko are believed to be owing players salaries and winning bonuses running into several weeks according to report in the Ghanaian media.
The Kumasi-based side lost 1-0 at Bechem United to bring their perfect start to a halt.
