A member of the 30-man provisional Black Stars squad is optimistic the team will pass the first hurdle of the World Cup.
Isaac Vorsah told Joy Sports Editor Ernest Koranteng in the World Cup Diary programme on Monday the team needs to play possessive football to beat the counter attacking sides in Group D.
Ghana play Serbia in her first Group D game before meeting Australia and Germany in the other group games.
Vorsah believes the Ghana team has the requisite expertise to meet the challenge.
“they really play counter attack so if we get the ball we must take our time and possess.
“We will try our best and do what we can do,” he said.
