Today is the unknown future of the past;
A manifestation of what was foretold.
Are predictions justified?
Green leaves turned dark,
While the wombs which harbored our mothers glide silently into ashes.
Only the black pots which boiled their herbs lie in our unforgettable memories,
And our ignorance about tomorrow strikes fears and tremble into our hearts.
