Bogdan Korak's start as Asante Kotoko coach got off to a wrong start as the Porcupine Warriors were beaten 2-1 by New Edubiase at the Baba Yara Stadium. The Serbian now sees his struggling side record their fourth consecutive league defeat. Kotoko had already lost to King Faisal, Hearts of Oak and Aduana Stars, all on the run leading to Sunday's game as many had hoped the Serbian could halt their poor run and provide a major lift. Aaron Amoah scored from a solo effort as the defeat was the Phobian's second on the run after last weekend's loss to Liberty Professionals at the same grounds.
