Accra Hearts of Oak versatile defender Kwaku Andoh believes Hearts did not deserve to lose at home over the weekend, and has called on the fans not to lose hope since there are more matches to go.
The intelligent defender played the entire game but failed to record a win for his side when his thunderbolt in the dying minute of the game hit the upright denying him of an equalizer.
Speaking after the game, he said Hearts were just unlucky not to have taken their numerous chances in the game."We did not deserve to lose the game. You can see it was hard luck, and we did not take our chances."Andoh said.
They got the opportunity and they punished us for it but we will have to put it aside and focus for the next game,we played well."
We dominated the second half and pressured them a lot in search of an equalizer but it did not happen. We have to put the defeat behind us and we will have to focus for the game ahead of us." He added.
The former Kpando Hearts of Lions and Berekum Chelsea defender has been admired by the Phobia fraternity for his composure in the two games played so far and they believe the syoung stopper's best is yet to be witnessed.
