The Management of Liberty Professionals FC has teamed up with United Kingdom-based Joe Kopan Association to organize a four team mini tourney to begin from Friday, January 18-19.
The tourney scheduled for the Liberty Carl Reindorf Park in Dansoman is dubbed “Joe Kopan Liberty Challenge Cup”.
The two-day event will feature Accra Mighty Rangers, Zaytuna United, All Blacks and Liberty’s U-20 team.
Eric Kwame Kportie, General Secretary of Liberty in a statement copied to the GNA Sports said that tournament will be free for all to enable more people to attend the two day soccer event.
He said the fixtures will have Mighty Rangers playing Zaytuna United in the first game with All Black and Liberty Professionals following suite also on the first day.
The third and first place matches would be played on Saturday, January 19.
