Asante Kotoko Coach Maxwell Konadu admits the shine will be taken away from his good job this season with the club if his side fails to beat rivals Hearts of Oak next week in the return leg of the Super Clash in the GLO premier league.
Maxwell Konadu has inspired a memorable campaign for Kotoko this season and with just eight matches to play, the Porcupine Warriors lead by eight points and on course to win their first league title and a record 22nd title in four years.
According to him, the porcupine warriors cannot afford to lose the game to seal a great season.
“We have to win that game at all cost to climax our season”. He told JOY Sports
“Hearts is a good side but I believe we are up for it”.
Asante Kotoko could only draw goalless with Hearts in the first round at the Accra sports stadium when they were tipped to win due to their form at the time.
