Ghana boss Avram Grant is delighted with the output of his side as Ghana sealed qualification to the quarterfinal of the AFCON for a sixth consecutive time.
The team were far from fanciful for the second straight game and the measure of control they had in the first half of both games diminished in the second half much to the concern of Ghanaians.
However, such display is no source of worry for the Chelsea boss who prefers results over style in this particular moment.
For him, it is all about the three points in tournament football and thus, he has labelled both performances of the Black Stars as matured.
"The pitch didn't allow us to play our counter attacking football. You saw how we lost some passes when we tried to take the game to them."

"But, something is happening and I'm happy with the boys because they're matured enough to know that what we needed most was the maximum points. I think in the first half we played good football and the second half we played matured football."
Ghana will now play Egypt on Wednesday to determine whether they top the group and stay in Port-Gentil or move to Oyem if they fall to second.
