Human Rights Advocate and New Patriotic Party sympathiser, Ms Ursula Owusu has described President John Atta Mills as the lousiest president Ghana has ever had.She said although she knows Professor Mills as an excellent lecturer, his governance style, in her opinion, is the lousiest ever.Ursula Owusu, who is also the Vice President of FIDA International, was speaking on programme Monday.According to her, the President as a professor of law should have done better than to preside over anarchy and mob-rule as well as impunity with which his administration flouts the Constitution. She noted that though Ghanaians were misled into voting for Professor Mills, who like the Pharisees in Jesus’ time, pretends to be humble, she was certain that every Ghanaian is now awake and would show the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) the exit.Nii Lantey Vanderpuije, an aide to the president, who was on the programme, got incensed with Ms Owusu’s assertion, maintaining that none, not even the newly elected flag-bearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo's credentials compare with President Mills’.He explained that nobody can compare the two, even in terms of attributes such as nobility, humility and moral standing, saying that he was sure Ghanaians are well informed about these.Nii Lantey insisted that when put on a scale, Nana Addo would not measure up to the president in anyway, but Ursula discounted the claim, saying that “I would rather have someone who is action oriented than someone who sleeps on the job”.By: Dorcas Efe Mensah/myjoyonline.com/Ghana
