Executive Director of anti-corruption agency Ghana Integrity Initiative, Vitus Azeem, has reminded President John Mahama to fulfill an electoral promise he made during the 2008 campaign to occupy the Flagstaff House as a seat of government. Former President John Mills refused to operate from the facility during his tenure due to security concerns. He claimed the previous NPP regime that put up the building failed to complete it before it was commissioned.
