Medeama could keep their hopes of a silverware this season going if they avoid defeat in the quarter-final of the MTN FA Cup on Wednesday.
The reigning Cup holders travel to the Gomoa Fetteh Park to face Feyenoord in the outstanding last-eight fixture.
With two consecutive defeats in the Premier League starring at them and still held up in the relegation zone, albeit with two games in hand, the Cup competition, which they lifted last season remains their only hope of a prize come the end of the campaign.
However, they come up against a side, who could go on to win the FA Cup and possibly swap places in divisions next season after Feyenoord secured qualification to the elite league over the weekend.
Defeat will end Medeama's title hopes and only leave them fighting relegation in a season which has already seen them miss out of two Cups; the Premier League and CAF Confederation Cup.
