Accra
Your Excellency,
CONGRATULATIONS
Please accept my warmest congratulations, both personally and on behalf of the Management and Staff of the National Road Safety Commission as a whole on your election to the high office of President of the Republic of Ghana. I wish to also convey our sincere wishes for success in the execution of your mandate.
Global best practice examples show that political commitment to road safety have impacted positively on the road safety situation of some of the highly regarded best performing countries in road safety.
Fortunately, Road Safety enjoyed a remarkable rise in political patronage in terms of advocacy from you in particular during your tenure as Vice-President and later as President during the last term while funding also appreciated significantly.
You have been heard severally advocating for best road use practices at various platforms while making time to grace many road safety events with your presence and participation over the years.
As we continue to implement the 10-year National Road Safety Strategy III, your election raises immense hope as your commitment to working for a better road safety situation is exemplary. We trust that you will continue to work tirelessly with our support to make road safety a key development issue in your first full term as President of the Republic of Ghana.
Please accept, Your Excellency, the expression of my highest regards.
Yours faithfully
Ing. Noble John Appiah
Executive Director.
