Nigeria's victorious Super Falcons return to Lagos on Monday afternoon, and will be flown straight to Abuja where a motorcade and reception has been planned for them.
The ladies reclaimed their African title with some stirring performances in South Africa to exorcise the ghosts of the previous tournament.
And officials have told KickOffNjgeria.com that airport receptions have been planned in Lagos and Abuja, as well as a motorcade in Nigeria's capital city.
"We will have an airport reception for them in Lagos as soon as they arrive. Then they will be flown straight to Abuja," an official said.
"We will also have an airport reception for them there, then they will be taken in a bus parade into Abuja, where we will now hold a hotel reception for them."
The team will be given a two-day break on Tuesday, before returning to camp this weekend to prepare for their international friendly against Germany on November 22.
