The farmer accused of killing his wife at Nwineso-Number-Three in the Atwima Kwawuma District of the Ashanti region has been lynched.
Thirty-four-year-old Yaw Nkrumah hacked Naomi to death last Friday and run into hiding.
He was lynched at the weekend by irate youth who spotted him in the town.
Station Officer at Hwediem, Inspector Delshon Klinogo told Joy News the two corpses have been deposited at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital morgue.
He said his men are looking for the youth who lynched the murder suspect.
Inspector Klinigo said the police were following some leads to apprehend the perpetrators.
