Joy News has learnt that striking polytechnic teachers should be ending their strike soon.
The teachers have been on strike since Monday, protesting delays in the payment of their revised salaries under the Single Spine Pay Policy (SSPP).
Chairman of the Rectors Association, Reverend Professor Daniel Nyarko told Joy News that after a meeting with National Security and the leadership of the teachers an end to the strike is imminent.
“They (the teachers) are coming back to class in the next day or two or I mean at worst, by Monday full classes would have resumed,” he assured.
