The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) on Friday announced the establishment of Customer Service Clinics on pilot basis at selected locations in Accra.
This would enable their contributors assess their statements and seek redress on any challenges they have.
"The service is part of efforts to extend quality customer service to their clients," a statement signed by Mr Jonathan Cato on behalf of the Corporate Affairs Manager said in Accra.
The sites for the clinics are Heritage Towers Car Park near Cedi House, the Accra Metropolitan Assembly Office premises and the Accra Shopping Mall, near the Tetteh Quarshie Circle.
The statement said: "The programme which is in its second phase will begin on May 9 and end on 13 May.
It said contributors wishing to take advantage of the customer service clinics should take along their Social Security numbers or Reference numbers to facilitate the process.Source: GNA
