Inter Milan's valuation of Sulley Muntari has scuppered Sunderland's plans of signing on the on-loan Ghanaian onto a permanent deal.Muntari's agent has confirmed that the player who joined the Black Cats on loan in January will not be back at Sunderland next season."There is no chance at Sunderland for Sulley," Fabien Piveteau confirmed."They have decided he is too expensive."But there's a possibility that Muntari's teammate, John Mensah, who is also on loan would remain at Sunderland on a permanent basis.Piveteau, who also represents Mensah says a permanent deal for the defender remains a possibility."For John, there is a good chance (of signing)," he continued."The situation with him is that if he played 25 games, he would definitely sign for Sunderland but he has only played 18 at the moment."He has not played all of the games but this season it has not been the same type of injuries for John."At the moment I think the results are the priority, but the coaches will talk with him soon about next season."Source: Ghanafa.org
