Reports reaching Joy News indicates that the tanker yard behind the Ashaiman Timber Market has caught fire.
An eyewitness Nana Asamoah told Joy News that the fire which started Sunday afternoon is spreading to other facilities in the area.

It is not clear yet what may have caused the fire and no casualty has yet been reported.
Nana Asamoah said fire service personnel are present to put out the fire but are calling for reinforcement to tackle the raging blaze.
