Two boys, both aged 10, were Tuesday night detained by the Domestic Violence and Victims Support Unit for robbery.
They allegedly broke into the room of a resident of Agege Atomic in Accra and ransacked the room in search of money and other valuables.
One of the suspects, the police say, is being interrogated for the third time for similar offences.
The two were arrested Tuesday evening and sent to the police who detained them expecting that their parents will come and seek bail for them.
But as of Wednesday morning nobody had shown up for any of them.
One said he lives with the father who is a long distance driver and is always alone since many a time the father is away from Accra.
The other suspect said his parents had divorced and that he stayed with them alternately.
The police say if their parents fail to turn up, the two kids will be put before the Juvenile Court to face charges of robbery and unlawful entry.
Remote controls and other items were found on them.
