Ghana’s Black Queens were humiliated 11-0 by Germany in a friendly match played on Friday in Paderborn.The signs of humiliation were given right from the start when the Queens conceded in the first minute of play through Anja Mittag.
Mittag was the main tormentor for the Queens as she ended up scoring four goals in the demotion exercise.
By the half hour mark, the Queens were down six-nil with other goals from Dzenifer Marozsan,Alexandra Popp, a Cynthia Adobea own goal, Saskia Bartusiak and Sara Daebritz.A hat-trick from Mittag gave the Germans a 9-0 lead at half time.
After the break, goals from Mandy Islacker (66th) and Dzenifer Marozsan (90 +1) sealed the heavy win.
