Prof Kwabena Frimpong Boateng cut short his presentation at the New Patriotic Party (NPP) 2016 manifesto launch Sunday and cools off with a bottle of water and Kalyppo fruit drink.
Prof Boateng who had mounted the podium to address party supporters, the media, members of the diplomatic corps and some party functionaries to speak on the party's Science and Technology policies stopped midway.
