An Accra Circuit Court has remanded two of the suspects accused of robbing the West Hills Mall last week.
The accused persons according to police entered the Silverbird Cinema Hall at the Mall and fired gunshots, injuring two persons.
Joy News' Kwakye Afreh Nuamah named the suspects as Stephen Ayuba, a cobbler and Sulley Gary a truck pusher.
They are facing charges of conspiracy to commit crime, robbery and two counts of causing harm.
They pleaded not guilty to all the charges. The two are however without a lawyer, at least for now.
The prosecution said a gun and a mobile phone allegedly stolen from one of the victims were retrieved from one of the suspects.
The phone is said to be valued at $500.
One of the suspects was only recently acquitted by the same court for similar offences, Afreh-Nuamah reported.
The judge, Francis Obiri, expressed shock when he saw Sulley Gary return to the dock facing charges of robbery.
The case has been adjourned to June 15, 2015.
