The Founder and Managing Director of Africa Foresight Group has won the maiden edition of the Authenticity Project.
The Project is an initiative to inspire entrepreneurs to carry through with their business endeavours in spite of all challenges.
For her prize package, Yasmin Kumi will receive coaching and mentorship from the Authenticity Project as well as a cash amount of GHC10,000 to assist in boosting and expanding her business.
Commenting on her prize, the Oxford University graduate said “I am very excited about this award and it means a lot to me. I think it is a great initiative with the potential of motivating many people in achieving their entrepreneurial ambitions and aspirations.
"The Authenticity Prize will go a long way to drive interest in entrepreneurship amongst many people”.
Africa Foresight Group is an organization founded in 2015 with the aim of building local companies into global champions by offering world-class, locally accessible services in fostering local economic value creation in Africa.
This is to be achieved through the offering of strategic advisory and market research services that meet global quality standards.
For his part, the brain behind the project, Mo Issa, expressed his gratitude to Ruka Sanusi and the rest of the jury who helped choose the winner of the first edition.
Entries for the second edition of The Authenticity Project will open on October 1, 2017, and close on March 31, 2018.
