Ghana UK Based Achievement (GUBA) Awards in collaboration with Network Diaspora Professionals Limited (NFDP) will host the inaugural Ghana Careers & Opportunities Fair on Saturday 29th of June 2013, at Park Plaza Riverbank Hotel (London).
Steady economic growth and relative stability has made Ghana’s investment prospects attractive to the world. The creation of a platform where individuals and corporate Ghana can positively interact is the key to ensure that these opportunities are effectively utilized.
To facilitate this movement: GUBA Awards UK and NFDP Ltd with support from Diaspora Support Unit (Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Regional Integration), International Organization for Migration (Ghana) and Re-Connect Africa are hosting the 1st Ghana Careers and Opportunities Fair in London.
The Fair will bring together prominent companies operating in Ghana who are seeking the finest Ghanaian talent across the world. The Fair provides an unrivalled opportunity for these companies to meet talented Ghanaians seeking to establish careers in Ghana. GUBA Awards is a prestigious awards ceremony which showcases and celebrates excellence and achievement within the British Ghanaian community. In July 2012, NFDP organized a business and investment conference in central London, the first of its kind. This conference brought together a cross section of business leaders from Ghana, to an audience of professionals interested in doing business in Ghana.
Several Ghanaian and Multinational organizations have confirmed their participation, there are however a few opportunities for interested organizations to still register to participate.
