A three-year-old school girl, her mother and two other people reportedly died instantly Thursday morning when a tipper truck crashed into their taxi cab.
Eye-witnesses say the taxi was torn into shreds and occupants badly crushed.
The accident occurred on the Teshie Bush Road in Accra.
The police have arrived at the scene and are conveying the bodies to the hospital.
They have refrained from confirming the death toll.
