Some thirty students have graduated from one of the country’s private media training institutions located in Tema.
The students who had the opportunity to learn from established media practitioners expressed confidence that they will be able to test their mettle in any media orgnaisation they find themselves.
The institution can boost of renowned lecturers from the Multimedia Group Limited(MGL) such as Sammy Yirenkyi(Director of Sports of the Group) Afia Pokua(Adom News Editor) Papa Bills( Senior Presenter/Producer) Doreen Andoh( Presenter Joy Fm),Wallas Worlanyo( Assistant Sports editor Asempa Fm), Mame Akua( Presenter Asempa Fm).The institution which is over four years old has gained recognition from big media houses in the country by also requesting for grandaunts from the school on attachment bases.
Courses are held in a period 3 months and after students are posted to various radio/TV and print houses of their choice.
High Speed Media Institute will admit new students on March 1.
