Ghana star Christian Atsu survived a near fatal accident on Sunday in Porto.
According to Ghana Sports, the FC Porto player was driving his posh BMW 3 series valued at $65,000 alongside two others when the unfortunate incident occurred just a day after helping Porto to record a 3-0 win over Moreirense.
Reports are that he and those involved in the accident were treated and discharged at the hospital whilst the vehicle is damaged beyond repairs.
This near tragedy comes a day after Kumasi Asante Kotoko forward Kofi Nti Boakye also got involved in a near fatal accident around the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi, Ghana.
