Chief Executive Officer of Berekum Arsenals Yakubu Moro has threatened to quit the Ghana Premier League with four matches left till the end of the season.
Moro is reported to have told a Kumasi-based radio station that there are machinations to bring his club down.
He continued that, the faceless persons tried three seasons ago.
"I am very sure it is resulting from some officiating that we get during our matches here in Berekum for the past three seasons," Arsenal spokesperson Mohammed Salifu told Joy Sports.
"So if he made such pronouncements, it is as a result of that. I believe he is right because we don’t get fair officiating at our own grounds."
Berekum Arsenal are second bottom on the league table with 24 points from 26 matches but can reverse their situation by winning the remaining four matches.
