They may have been relegated from the Premier League but QPR have swooped to make Beckham their latest signing. Brookyln Beckham, that is.
Brooklyn's superstar dad David hung up his boots at the weekend but his 14-year-old son looks to be following the family 's footballing path.
Chelsea offered Brooklyn a trial earlier this season, while he was in the LA Galaxy youth team when the Beckhams lived in America.
Beckham Snr has just finished a spell at Paris Saint-Germain and QPR is the closest side to his west London home, which makes it an ideal destination for the teen starlet.
Brooklyn will play for the under-14 academy side and, never ones to miss a trick, bookmakers Paddy Power have already started compiling odds on junior Becks playing for England.
He's 12/1 to pull on the Three Lions shirt, 9/2 to play in the Premier League and 4/6 to play in the top four flights of English football.
