Black Stars goalkeeper Daniel Agyei has kept a clean sheet after conceding four goals in his debut game for PSL side Free State Stars after five match days.
The former Liberty Professionals shot stopper suffered a baptism of fire on the match-day one in the PSL after his side lost by 1-4 when almost the entire duration of the game was played with Free States playing with one man when defender Soriola Gege was sent off for a second bookable offence
His fire power after five games stands at one loss, two draws and two wins which positions his club side eighth on the league table with eight points.
“My experience and confidence is gradually growing after my first game and I wish to maintain this form and be consistent ahead of a call up to the national team.” He said.
Agyei was in the post when Ghana won their first Under-20 World Cup in 2009 and has signed three years for the Premier Soccer League outfit.
