Host, Ghana will play Sierra Leone in the opening fixture of the GOtv Wafu Cup next month following Friday's draw in Accra.
The home-based national team have been drawn in Group A of the eight-team competition which is reserved for only home-based players of member nations.
The group also includes Benin and Burkina Faso.
In the Group B, Togo defending champions Togo are the top seeds and they will face competition from Niger, Senegal and Gabon.
Winners of the two groups will progress to the final while the second placed team in each group will vie for third position.
The competition starts from 21st November, 2013 and will end on 28th November, 2013.
