The Mampong Akwapem Magistrate’s court on Monday March 17, 2008, granted a 5,000 GH¢ bail each to two suspects for their involvement in the murder of three farmers at Adamorobe near Aburi.
The three are alleged to have condoned and connived with some land-guards to perpetrate the crime.
They were charged with conspiracy to kill.
The suspects, who pleaded not guilty are Kwaku Osei, 31, a photographer and Joseph Quaye, driver.
The farmers are Samuel Adin, Ohene Moses and Henry Darko all of Adamorobe.
Prosecuting, Police Inspector Simon Doe Glogah told the court that the prosecution would furnish it with the facts of the case.
The suspects would reappear before the court on the April 7, 2008 for hearing to continue.
