Vodafone Ghana has built additional sites in the Ashanti region to improve customer experience as part of its network expansion.
Vodafone’s voice and internet services are now available to customers living in and around Mpasatia, Akora and Abusuakrowa. Additionally, Vodafone customers in areas such as Buoho, Sepe, Sokoban, Anwomaso, Obuasi-Bogobiri, Nyinahin and Jacobu can now experience an improvement in voice and internet quality as the telecommunications giant has upgraded its 2G sites.
According to the telcom operator, the additional sites are to offer stable and consistent service to customers in the region and improve customer experience. Both enterprise customers and consumers will have a faster and seamless experience for both voice and internet quality.
The expansion which begun in November 2013 saw a total of 403 coverage and capacity sites going up countrywide and was completed in March 2014.
