Lawyers of Stanbic Bank have reacted to our story bordering on the investment of GH¢74.5 million by the Savannah Accelerated Development Authority in the bank.
They say some aspects of the story are incorrect.
In a letter signed by the head of the legal department of the bank, Doreen K. Iliasu, the bank is demanding an apology and retraction of the story.
