The Deputy Minister of youth and sports, Joseph Yamin has discarded public views of him having bad blood with his senior minister Hon. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah as it is being propagated in the media.
It is believed many Ghanaians have the notion of the deputy minister being sidelined by his boss ahead of the Ghana's world cup campaign in Brazil with Elvis solely spear heading all events.
But in an interview, the deputy minister clarified the issues by saying, “I insist both of us have no problem and our relationship is very cordial, because we have been working together since 2004".
“I will make everything possible for my boss to succeed.” He added
Meanwhile Yamin has been asked to chair the commonwealth games committee which is one of the key events in Ghana’s sports calendar.
