Road transport is most common choice in the country as many Ghanaians in both Urban and rural areas rely on to deliver goods and services.
However, total disregard for basic road safety laws on the part of motorists, has resulted in fatal accidents.
Motor riders are worst offenders as they keep on engaging in various road traffic offenses such as unsafe loading, riding unlicensed motor bikes, jumping red traffic lights and riding without helmets.This has to be checked.
As this photo is telling us, the police and its road safety collaborating agencies would have to increase their efforts to punish offenders.
