It has been a week since the lifting of the three-week lockdown as part of measures to contain the spread of Covid-19 in Ghana.
The decision which President Akufo-Addo said was necessitated by data and science, has received varying reactions over the past few days amid fresh details that some of the over 68,591 tests as of April 19 could be duplicate cases.
Some medical experts have described the move as premature while others have lauded the decision to reverse the partial lockdown in Accra, Tema, Kasoa and Greater Kumasi.
In that address by the President, he emphasised that the practice of social distancing remains in force adding a compulsory wearing of facemasks to the set of caveats.
But enforcement of these rules has seen a number of challenges ranging from overcrowded market places to the disregard for facemasks.
In that regard, Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah will, on Sunday answer questions and clarify concerns of the citizenry to ensure the effectiveness of the country on its fight to curb the transmission of the novel coronavirus.
He will be hosted by JoyNews’ Emefa Apawu who will also be reading out some concerns people have since the removal of the restriction on movement.
Also on the show will be lead virologist coordinating the country's testing programme, Prof William Ampofo to break down the technicalities surrounding the team's activities so far.
The show will air Sunday, April, 19 at 7:30pm. It will also be live on Joy Prime, Joy 99.7 FM, Luv 99.5 FM and streamed on MyJoyOnline.com. It will also be live on other affiliate radio stations across the country.
To partake, Ghanaians are encouraged to send a video recording asking questions about COVID-19 ahead of the show to 054 010 9009 on WhatsApp.
