This forms part of efforts to improve customer satisfaction and in line with directives from the Communications Ministry.
Customers who purchase any of the All-Weather bundles will no more lose their data after the due validity date.
To enjoy the service, All-Weather bundle customers will have to top up to be able to roll over their unused data.
With as low as ¢10, customers on Surfline will be able to activate an All-Weather bundle that does not expire.

Existing customers can dial *718*77# or *389# or *365# on any network to activate their bundles, or use Mobile Money, ExpressPay, Slyde Pay and Hubtel mobile applications to recharge and stay connected.
