Chairperson of the Convention People's Party (CPP), Nana Akosua Frimpomaa has extended her warmest wishes to all Ghanaians in this festive season.
According to her, even though the year has been "very tough, rough, tricky and hard, we give glory to the most high God for His guidance and protections, by His abundant grace and mercies that we are alive today to see this beautiful day upon the dreadful and deadly pandemic covid-19.”
“I humbly wish you all a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year come 2021. May this festive season wipe away all your sorrows and pains and bring to you long life and good health in 2021,” she said.
Mrs Frimpong noted how the pandemic has affected the economy as a country, industries, businesses and individuals.
However, she believes that this is the time for all Ghanaians to forge in unity, work hard and bring back the loss.
"Let us all come together as one people with one common goal to achieve our set objectives for our country, ourselves and for the unborn generation.
She added that, the challenges of the year 2020 should guide and prepare the citizenry for a better year in 2021.
The CPP Chairperson in her Christmas message mentioned that the party is hopeful that come December 7, 2024, Ghanaian electorates will give them the mandate.
“We in the CPP are of great conviction that Ghanaians will hand over the mantle of leadership to us on December 7, 2024, to make Ghana work again,” she added.
