Old Mutual Life Assurance Company, a major player in the financial and insurance industry in Ghana, has rewarded its top performing financial advisors, sales managers and branch managers.
Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, the annual Sales Awards was held virtually on 3rd February 2021 with all sales representatives across Ghana joining the online event.
The Sales Awards Gala event is part of Old Mutual’s commitment to reward performance and motivate employees towards delivering excellent service to its customers and helping Ghanaians make the best decisions that will secure their future and that of their loved ones.
Old Mutual Ghana recognises sales staff as those in the forefront of assisting the company to achieve its vision of being our customer’s most trusted lifetime partner, passionate about helping them achieve their financial goals.
A total of 37 awards were presented to the deserving winners who had worked with great effort in 2020 to help Old Mutual achieve its business objectives.

Awudu Adam was awarded the top performing financial advisor for the retail category, while David Oheneba Abrokwah-Gyamfi received the award as the top performing financial advisor for the bancassurance category:
Speaking at the virtual event, Tavona Biza, CEO of Old Mutual Ghana, said ‘At Old Mutual, we reward our excellent sales performers across the business and that is a very distinctive attribute about our organization.

Cash prizes amounting to GHC 62,500 were presented to the winners and five Sales Employees won an onshore trip to Durban, South Africa.
