The Ofankor District Court has charged the two teenagers who allegedly killed a 10-year-old for money ritual at Kasoa with murder.
In court Tuesday, the prosecutors handling the case for money rituals say they need more time to determine the actual age of the suspects.
They, therefore, urged the court to remand the teenagers into police custody as their investigations continue.
This was granted by the court presided over by Samuel Kwesi Adjei who remanded the accused persons into police custody.
Samed Akalilu, the spokesperson for the family of the murdered boy, wants the police to conclude investigations immediately to enable the trial to commence.
The case has been adjourned to May 4 for continuation.
