Two of the Human Resource personnel at The Multimedia Group have successfully completed the Professional Certification Programme organised by the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM) during the weekend in Accra.
Ewurabena Ewool and Barkisu Issaka Abubakar were part of the many graduands who were presented with their professional certificates.

Courses taught as part of the programme were; Human Resource Development, Recruitment and Compensation Management, Business Communication, Industrial Relations Management and Legal aspect of Human Resources.
According to information contained in the CIHRM graduation brochure, "the HR Practitioner is expected to add value to the business by designing and aligning HR strategies, systems and policies to corporate goals. This requires professional HR knowledge, skills, values and attitudes which are available through professional training," hence the professional certification programme.

Having graduated, Ewurabena and Barikisu have been equipped with the relevant skills to support the development of The Multimedia Group's human resources for the growth of the business.
