Impressed by the accent of the Accra Works Out brand, ex-Ghana midfielder, Laryea Kingston , has spoken favourably of the monthly aerobic session organized by Primeval Media after confirming his participation in February’s edition.
“I’ve been reading reviews of the Accra Works out aerobics session as well as been seeing its pictures and videos and I must admit that, it’s really impressed me.”
“What impacts me most is the consistency the brand has maintained and how it has attracted several people from corporate Ghana, national icons, keep-fit groups and private individuals who appreciate the need to keep fit.”
Laryea, who had stints in Scotland, with Hearts and quite recently, Accra Hearts of Oak in Ghana, before retiring from competitive football, will be joining other public figures who are regulars, on the multi-purpose court of the Accra Sports Stadium from 7am to 9am on 28th February, 2015 to work out.
He expressed his delight at the thought of being present at this month’s edition.
“I’ve been seeing coach Maxwell Konadu, “capito” Stephen Appiah, Augustine Arhinful, Okyeame Kwame, Adjetey “Pusher” Anang, Miss Malaika delegates, Miss Supranatural delegates among others, feature in Accra Works Out, and for a program to attract such persons, it speaks volumes of the level it’s gotten to.”
Giggling away, he added “we’re all representing live this Saturday, at the Accra Sports stadium for the February edition of Accra Works Out.”
Laryea was a member of the “golden” generation of Black Stars which had the likes of Stephen Appiah, Michael Essien, Sulley Muntari, John Paintsil, Richard “Olele” Kingson, John “Rock of Gibraltar” Mensah, Isaac Vorsah, Hans Adu Sarpei, etc in the same squad.
Accra Works Out is organized by Primeval Media, every last Saturday of each month on the Multi-purpose of the Accra Sports Stadium between 7am and 9am. It is free but interested participants register by calling 0244 53 80 87.
