Jumia Ghana has said it will complement government's efforts to ensure a stable inflation by providing exclusive offers on all of its product to consumers.
This, according to Head of Customer Experience, Abigail Ayisi Oforiwaa, is a strategic vision to reduce the burden on citizens through offering high quality products and goods at competitive prices.
Speaking to Joy Business at the launch of the 10th edition of Jumia Black Friday promotion sales, Ms Oforiwaa said the upcoming Black Friday promotion sales promises to offer amazing discounts as high as 90% on over 50,000 super deals.
“Jumia will provide customers with a huge selection of products at the lowest prices in collaboration with thousands of vendors and brands. This trend will be reflected in this year's Black Friday. Mind blowing deals are also anticipated in the following categories: phones, beauty, fashion, and home & living.” She said
Speaking during the launch, Country Manager for Jumia Ghana, Richmond Carlos Otoo also shared insights on the customer experience as well as plans and strategies to ensure that customers enjoy the best deals and excellent services.
“We believe in making the everyday lives of people easier and better through the internet. By helping sellers reach more consumers and ensuring that the consumers also get access to top quality, affordable products/services, Jumia is leading the way in developing e-commerce in Ghana,”he stated.
This year’s Black Friday festival promises to be exciting for everyone. To enjoy exclusive deals and giveaways, customers should download the Jumia app on Appstore or Play Store and sign up. It’s time to save
