In line with its promise to provide customers with an experience beyond service, recently adjudged Bank of the Year - Access Bank Ghana - has officially unveiled its new brand with a refreshed impetus of becoming a bank of choice in Ghana.
Significant changes to the brand include the bank’s logo, which now has a white background, a move representing the bank’s expression of openness, transparency and intention to undertake bold and ambitious marketing strategies.
The brand migration took off mid-last year across all branches and locations nationwide as a key component in the bank’s new five-year strategic objective of becoming “Ghana’s Most Respected Bank”.
The Managing Director of Access Bank Ghana, Mr. Dolapo Ogundimu, commenting on the new brand highlighted that the Bank’s refreshed look communicates its new brand promise and focus on Speed, Service and Security; reflecting vibrancy and quality that it intends to bring to the Ghanaian financial services landscape in the coming years.
Mr. Ogundimu further explained: “Our new value proposition to customers is to offer an enjoyable service experience. We hope to achieve this with speed, to ensure that they experience swift and seamless services, streamline the provision of services to factor in the demands and requirements of specific customers and market segments”.
The new brand according to Management also signifies injection of capital into the operations of the bank and significant investments in technology to meet the demands of its new brand promise to customers, be they Corporate, SMEs or individuals.
Notable amongst these investments is a facelift of the Access Bank website. The revamped website (www.ghana.accessbankplc.com), reflects a customer-centric website design based on rigorous research and consumer insight. It does not only provide an electronic brochure but makes vital information and services available to the banks visitors and customers.
The refreshed Access Bank website is compatible with a variety of internet browsers, tablets and PCs and as such, is able to adapt and match the user’s device or screen size.
