Hearts of Oak coach Hebert Addo is hoping to build on their First Capital Plus Premier League victory over Aduana Stars.
The Phobians recorded their first home victory this season after beating Aduana Stars 3-2 at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday.
Hearts took a 2-0 lead before Aduana pulled one back in the 64th minute when defender Godfred Saka converted from the spot.
Hearts striker Gilbert Fiamenyo took his goal tally to six with his 73rd minute goal before Richard Addae got Aduana’s second of the day after connecting from a corner kick from Godfred Saka.
"I thought it was a very good game and we deserved to win because we played well and I hope we will continue with the winning streak,” reflected Addo post-game.
"Some of my players were not able to play because of injury but yet still we played well and won so I’m sure we will become a more formidable side if all these guys return."
"We have a game against AS Police in Africa and winning against Aduana is a morale booster for us."
Hearts have now moved out of the relegation zone and are lying 12th on the League table with Aduana maintaining their second position despite the defeat.
The Accra giants will leave the capital for Benin on Thursday for the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round game against AS Police this weekend.
