Ghanaian youth international Maxwell Woledzi will play in the Norwegian topflight league after securing promotion with Fredrikstad FK.
The Division One side sealed their place in next season's top-flight competition following their 4-0 win on Sunday afternoon.
Fredrikstad beat Asane away from home in their 26th fixture of the first division to command a seven-point lead at the top of the table.
Woledzi joined the club from Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes during the summer transfer window, signing a three-year deal until 2026.
Since joining the club, Woledzi has featured in 11 league games, contributing to three cleansheets in the process while they have lost only once since his debut.
After securing promotion, Fredrikstad will be playing for the top position with four games still to go until the end of the 2023 season.
