A philanthropist, Kojo Okyere has supported the Juaboso Government Hospital with an ultra-modern dental engine worth GH¢64,000 to improve dental care in the area.
Speaking to Adom News Mr Okyere, a resident of Sehwi Boinzan in the Juaboso District of the Western North Region said during the Christmas yuletide he, together with the assemblyman of his electoral area, Aha Kojo Vincent decided to pay the hospital bills of those who were unable to settle their bills.
It was during this exercise that the Hospital informed him of the challenge it encounters in delivering dental care and he decided to honour their request.

He has, therefore, donated a brand-new ultra-modern dental chair to the hospital to improve the activities of the dentists at the hospital.
He continued to appeal to the nurses in charge of the facility to make good use of and ensure good cultural maintenance of the dental chair to last longer.
He further assured the administrators of the hospital of his commitment to ensure he provides some of the basic needs of the hospital to enhance the healthcare services for the good people in the district and the region at large.

Meanwhile, Patrick Moh, the dental officer commended the philanthropist for the device.
He disclosed that the absence of the dental chair has impeded the activities of the dental officers in the hospital as they usually refer their clients to Kumasi and other places for treatment.
He said now that they have gotten the dental chair they can now treat clients without referring them anywhere.
