Leading security company, Edern Security Services, has been awarded Private Security Company of the Year by the West Africa International Magazine.
The award was presented at the magazine’s recently held ‘Heroes of 2014’ awards ceremony, which brought together key players in Ghana’s corporate world.
Officials of Edern Security were on hand to receive the prize, and promised to work on consolidating its gains in the local market. Present at the ceremony were Agyenim-Boateng Oduro, Head of Administration, and Amoabeng Yaw Barima, a marketing executive.
“This award is important to what we do at Edern Security,” Oduro said after receiving the award. “It will encourage us to do more as the leading name in the private security services industry in Ghana.”
Revered across the sub-region, the West Africa International magazine has in the past honoured deserving corporate bodies for their hard work and service to the industries they represent. The ‘Heroes of 2014’ was held in the same spirit.
A respected security company in Ghana, Edern continues to be at the forefront in protecting human lives and property.
Recently, it launched its tracking device, Etrex, to positive reviews. The company mans and provides security services for a number of companies and installations in Ghana.
