Citizens and residents of Accra can now apply for their vehicle and driver's License applications at the new Ultra Centre for Licensing and Vehicle Registration Centre in the city of Accra.
Operated by Bridge Direct
in collaboration with VFS Global, the Centre offers applicants a convenient and comfortable environment for submitting their Vehicle and License applications.
A dedicated contact centre number (0302 918007) and email support (info@dvla.gov.gh) service is also available for customers to answer queries and track the
application status.
Commenting on the launch of the new Centre, Alok Singhal, Head- Sub-Saharan Africa, VFS Global, said, “With the new Ultra DVLA Centre in Accra, we are confident of delivering applicants with a world-class service experience, by leveraging on our global experience of providing transparent and scalable solutions in the citizen services space.
The conveniently located Centre will offer a more personalised experience and is equipped to handle higher application volumes with expedited processing times.

Key services at the Ultra Centre will include: driver’s licence renewal, replacement of Licenses, Amendment of records, Missing Licence, International Driving Permit, Foreign License Conversion,
Vehicle Registration, International Vehicle Permit.
How to apply for a Licensing and Vehicle Registration service online:
- Visit http://www.dvla.gov.gh/ and select 'Individual' or 'Business' (for corporates).
- Fill in the required fields to create an online service account with DVLA.
- Log into your DVLA account and select any of the services listed.
- Receive an online invoice for the chosen service and proceed to the service centre.
VFS Global has operated International Driving Permit Centres across South Africa since 2022.
Located in Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, and Pretoria, the Application Centres are managed by VFS Global on behalf of the Automobile Association of South Africa (AASA - the country’s authorised issuer of International Driving Permits.
The company also manages the Premium Driving License Application Center in Port Harcourt which is operated by Concierge Travels on behalf of River State Internal Revenue Service and Federal Road Safety Commission to facilitate the National Driver’s License Applications for residents of Nigeria
